Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced cook to add to our team.
Duties
• Food preparation and production, ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Skills
• Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food production techniques, prefered.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
• 2+ years of prior kitchen experience is preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate!
Our current hours of operation are Wednesday - Sunday 7am - 2pm. Weekends are a must! Hours may vary depending on prep and clean up. With the potential for extended open hours as we grow our business. Inquire within or apply online!
