Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute the daily cycle count sheet to Production.
- Review completed counts against system transactions to identify potential causes of variances; perform count adjustments as needed and enter final counts into the ERP system.
- Evaluate whether to enter count line items or carry them forward with notes requesting additional information from Production.
- Identify and report duplicate parts or part records requiring corrective action.
- Flag and report work orders used to produce non-inventory items.
- Identify and escalate system or process issues encountered during the count process.
- Collaborate with Production and FP&A teams to resolve discrepancies or data anomalies.
- Maintain organized digital records of audit trails and cycle count sheets.
- Generate monthly reports quantifying the financial impact of inventory cycle counts.

Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP accounting
- Previous experience using ERP systems (Global Shop Solutions preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in alphanumeric data entry
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, asking questions as needed and using strong critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with a long attention span to handle complex tasks
- Ability to interface with multiple departments with a positive attitude
