Aspire Early Education Center is seeking caring and energetic Summer Teacher Assistants to support our classrooms during the summer months. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young children and are looking to gain hands-on experience in early childhood education.

What You’ll Do:
As a Summer Teacher Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with circle time activities and transitions
• Engaging with children during learning centers and play
• Supporting outdoor play and ensuring child safety
• Helping with meal and snack prep, serving, and cleanup
• Monitoring children during rest time and assisting with classroom organization
• Taking on classroom responsibilities in the teacher’s absence when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to actively participate in all classroom routines and activities
• Dependable, flexible, and eager to learn

What We Offer You:

• Paid Holidays if scheduled to work on either end of it and scheduled for that day
• Sick time one hour for every 30 hours worked. Earned based on hours worked.
