RCS is an organization committed to providing the highest quality individualized educational and clinical services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Financial Assistant to support the financial operations of our organization, including RCS Learning Center, RCS Behavioral and Educational Consulting, and Mini-Miracles Early Education & Childcare Center.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, invoicing clients, recording financial transactions, tracking company credit cards, reconciling accounts, and assisting with collections and reporting. This position also supports the preparation of financial summaries and reports such as cash flow statements, journal entries, and balance sheets.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently and proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word, with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Schedule:
Part-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 20-25 hours per week. Some remote work flexibility based on organizational needs
