Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Cleanroom Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling and packaging high-quality medical products. We seek individuals who are eager to learn and grow, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision work in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package products with meticulous attention to detail.
- Complete paperwork related to assemblies and production activities.
- Communicate discrepancies or potential issues effectively.
- Understand and utilize measuring devices, prints, and quality control documents.
- Operate mechanical, electrical, and optical tools for quality inspection.
- Ensure high quality standards in assembly production.
- Use programs to collect and evaluate operating data for on-line adjustments.
- Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems.
Essential Skills
- 0-2 years of manufacturing experience, or willingness to learn.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Comfortable working with a microscope for 4-6 hours daily.
- Experience in a cleanroom or regulated environment.
- Good hand-eye dexterity and proficiency with small hand tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to read drawings.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and visual acuity.
- Ability to maintain product traceability and identify non-conforming products.
- Basic understanding of electricity.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, regulated environment that fosters a friendly, hard-working culture. This role involves repetitive tasks and requires a full gowning process. Initially, train on the first shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, then transition to the second shift from 3 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
