Full-Time | Leadership Role | $60$75K+ Depending on Experience
St. Cyr Pool & Spa is looking for a hands-on, people-smart Service Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations at our Hampstead, NH location. Youll be responsible for managing a tight crew of field techs, ensuring jobs get done right, customers stay happy, and the schedule runs smoothlyespecially during peak season.
Were growing fast, and this role is a critical leadership position with room to grow as we scale across New England.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a team of 36+ pool/spa technicians
- Monitor job progress throughout the day via phone, Slack, and ServiceTitan
- Review completed jobs for quality, accuracy, and follow-up needs
- Collaborate with dispatch to build smart, efficient schedules
- Jump on customer calls when needed to resolve issues or de-escalate complaints
- Maintain daily accountability: on-time starts, truck prep, job readiness
- Partner with the warehouse manager to ensure techs have what they need
- Run weekly reports to spot issues, track KPIs, and plan improvements
- Enforce company standards and operating procedures
- Report directly to senior leadership with insights and solutions
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years managing field teams in a service/trades business (HVAC, plumbing, pools, etc.)
- Strong communicatoron the phone, in Slack, and in-person
- Highly organized with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable holding techs accountable with fairness and clarity
- Calm under pressureespecially in-season when the phones wont stop
- Able to think in systems and spot recurring issues or patterns
- Bonus: Familiarity with pool equipment or experience in pool service
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000$75,000+ based on experience
