Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with students, parents, and other educators.
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment tailored to the needs of students with disabilities.
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning requirements.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of performance and progress.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to ensure effective integration of students into the classroom.
