Install Manager - HVAC

Position Overview
The Install Manager - HVAC is responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures that all installations are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety while managing a team of skilled technicians. The Install Manager will coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met while providing excellent customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical advice.
  • Lead and train a team of HVAC installation technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of installations.
  • Conduct quality control inspections on completed installations.
  • Maintain documentation for all projects, including contracts, work orders, and inspections.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in HVAC installation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping.
  • Familiarity with refrigeration systems and their installation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
  • EPA 608 certification is required.
