Must have ADP Workforce Now experience with the following modules:
- Benefits (which includes payroll)
- Reporting
- Base
- ATS
Experience calling in and troubleshooting problems within the ADP system as the arise
This person will be the base of HR but will not be in charge of policy rollout
Must have experience with:
- On and off boarding
- Immigration
- ADP modules
- Auditing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hybrid schedule in Danvers, MA
