*This position is full time and the hours are M-F 3pm-11pm.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Leading by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of our company
  • Achieving resident & client satisfaction by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive
  • Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the RSM is not present
  • Attend team/client meetings when necessary
  • Assist with administrative duties.
  • Work order management.
  • Team/ new hire training.
  • Coordinate resident needs and requests, package logistics, reservations, service orders, etc.
  • Special project assignments when needed.
  • Understanding of physical asset design, operations and/or building systems is very helpful.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service management, hospitality, or retail industries
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with industry software, apps, and computer programs
