We specialize in designing and selling high-quality kitchen cabinetry, hardware, and related products, serving homeowners, contractors, and developers. We are seeking a motivated, talented Kitchen Designer to join our team and help clients bring their dream kitchens to life.

This is a commission-only role, but highly competitive—designed for driven professionals who want unlimited income potential in a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients in our showroom to understand their goals, preferences, and budgets.

• Design functional, stylish, and cost-effective kitchens using 2020 Design (or similar software).

• Present proposals, 3D renderings, and material selections to clients.

• Educate clients on cabinet lines, hardware, finishes, and design options.

• Generate accurate quotes and close sales.

• Follow projects through from initial design to cabinet order, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.

• Prospect and build relationships with contractors, developers, and real estate professionals to generate new business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen design, cabinet sales, or a related design/sales role.

• Strong product knowledge of cabinetry and hardware.

• Proficiency in design software (2020 Design, CAD, or similar).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and able to manage your own sales pipeline.

• Existing connections with contractors, builders, or developers is a plus.
