Senior Recruiter

About the Role:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top Salesforce professionals to meet our growing organizational needs. You will work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and People Ops to ensure we hire the best talent to drive our Salesforce initiatives forward.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for all full time roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, assessing skills and cultural fit, negotiating offers, and successfully placing candidates

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team dynamics. Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Salesforce professionals for future needs

Manage salary and benefit negotiations with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and budgets

Ensure alignment with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding process to new employees
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
6+ years of recruiting experience

Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

Strong negotiation and offer management abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
