What You’ll Do:

Implement the teacher’s lesson plans and ensure smooth daily classroom operations.

Assist in small group, whole class, or one-on-one instruction to meet individual student needs.

Utilize a range of teaching and assessment strategies, following the teacher’s guidance.

Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
What You Need:

A Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience in elementary education (ideal but not required—just bring your passion!).

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

The ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A positive, can-do attitude toward students with diverse learning needs.
