We are looking for an experienced FP& A Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Vergennes, Vermont. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through budgeting and forecasting activities. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, along with expertise in capital management and adaptive insights.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create detailed reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning.
• Perform cost accounting tasks to track and optimize expenses.
• Utilize EPM systems and Adaptive Insights to streamline financial processes.
• Assist in capital management by monitoring investments and expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
• Conduct data entry and validation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in financial planning and analysis processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in EPM systems and Adaptive Insights.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and capital management.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and validation.
• Skilled in analyzing financial trends and delivering insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
