About the Company:
We are a small but growing remodeling contractor. Our projects include Bathrooms, Kitchens, structural repairs, Decks, Windows, Doors, and other interior remodels. We perform all the work from design to demo and finishing touches. Job sites are within 1 hour of Acushnet, MA. We operate 2-3 projects simultaneously to ensure plenty of work for the crew. We book 3-6 months of jobs for plenty of backlog.
We operate 2 man crews with a lead and helper to complete projects from start to finish. This candidate must be well rounded in aspects of renovation and take pride in there work and be able to work independently.
Pay is based quality and quantity of work performed as well as amount of skills, knowledge, and client interactions.
About the Role:
This role is perfect for the capable carpenter or remodeler wanting the next step in there career. The time split for this role is 50% worker, 30% Leader, 20% Trainer. This role requires interpersonal skills and balancing workload between employees as well as training and improving skills of others. Must be familiar with all aspects of renovation including but not limited to demo, framing, insulation, drywall, finish carpentry. Training will be provided where required. Plans, materials, and company tools will all be provided at the job site. Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
