Were on the hunt for a fun, energetic, and dependable go-getter whos ready to talk turf, seal the deal, and keep our customers smiling. In this role, youll chat with both current and potential customers, honestly and accurately promoting our services. You'll also work your magic to turn leads into Lawn Doctor loyalists while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Bonus points if you can tackle customer concerns with the charm of a seasoned pro!

Sales or Lawn Care experience? Awesome! If not, no worrieswell train the right person.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound sales calling. (No Cold calling)
- Interact directly with new leads and convert them into new Lawn Doctor Customers
- Interact with cancelling customers to help address their concerns and keep them as Lawn Doctor Customers
- Interact with existing customers, addressing concerns and adding new or additional beneficial services to their program
- Maintaining a focus on integrity and a quality experience for new or existing customers
- Retaining customers through proactive post sale care, concern and follow-up
- Developing their knowledge of Lawn Doctor and agronomic services in order to accurately answer questions from customers or prospects.
