Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Property Manager with at least 3 years of direct experience managing residential condominiums in Eastern Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in communication, organization, and community engagement, and is ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day operations of assigned condominium properties
· Serve as primary liaison for boards, residents, and vendors
· Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and service requests
· Prepare budgets, financial reports, and meeting materials
· Ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable regulations
· Support community initiatives and foster positive resident experiences
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of experience managing condominiums in Eastern MA
· PCAM or AMS designation preferred (or actively pursuing)
· Strong proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Excel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
