As a Maintenance Technician, your core responsibility will be the operation and oversight of our manufacturing facility's vital utility systems, including HVAC and RODI. Addressing alarms, tackling maintenance events, and spotting efficiency opportunities will be part of your day-to-day tasks. Safety adherence, providing intricate technical support, and precise documentation also form pillars of this role.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager and stationed onsite in Westborough, MA, this position demands flexibility to handle on-call and weekend assignments as business dictates.

Your Daily Duties Include:

• Comprehensive checks of plant utilities, BMS monitoring, and ensuring equipment functions align with Cytiva standards.
• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and building utilities, always meeting deadlines.
• Diagnosing and remedying equipment failures, addressing electrical disruptions, and more.

Qualifications That Define You:

• 1–3 years as a Facility/Manufacturing Equipment Technician within regulated settings like pharmaceuticals or medical devices, or relevant technical certification.
• Expertise operating Building Management Systems in controlled environments.
• A collaborative spirit with the capacity to work effectively across various organizational levels.

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Have:

• Facilities/Maintenance certification or other trade credentials.
• State licenses in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades.
• Grade 2 Wastewater Operator status.

In-depth skills in:

• HVAC operations
• Valid driver's license
• Plumbing and troubleshooting various system schematics
• Machinery setup and inspection
• Fluency in preventive maintenance approaches
• Strong communication and manufacturing experience
