Washer

• Schedule: M-F (7:00am – 3:45pm)

Description:
The Washer is responsible for cleaning, rinsing, and preparing metal parts and products during various stages of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and clean metal products using designated solutions, equipment, or hand tools
• Ensure all parts meet cleanliness and quality standards before moving to the next production stage
• Follow established safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Inspect products for residues, stains, or defects, reporting any quality issues to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing area and related equipment
• Assist with loading/unloading of parts onto racks, trays, or baskets for washing
• Support team members in plating, polishing, or finishing departments as needed
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and production schedules

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior manufacturing, metal finishing, or assembly experience
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
