Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Proven success overseeing $2M+ in annual sales volume
- Strong leadership style focused on accountability, results, and hospitality
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to develop and retain a high-performing hourly and management team
Must Haves – What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, service, and team engagement
- Lead and mentor both FOH and BOH teams to exceed performance targets
- Monitor and manage labor, COGS, and operational costs with a strategic eye
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Build strong guest relationships and foster a welcoming environment
Restaurant General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with high-volume or nationally branded full-service restaurants
- Strong business acumen and P&L accountability
- Ability to thrive in a systems-driven, performance-based culture
- Proven track record of internal promotions and team development
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
