Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing qualified and experienced Special Education Teachers for a full-time, remote Case Manager role supporting school districts in the Barre, Vermont area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs through virtual case management services.
Position Details:

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (must reside in or be licensed to work in Vermont)

Contract Duration: Current school year; renewal based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide virtual case management services for students with IEPs
-
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and service providers to support student goals
-
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
-
Deliver support services and consult with general education staff to meet students needs
Required Qualifications:
-
Valid Vermont Special Education Teaching License
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field

Proven experience in case management and IEP development
-
Familiarity with IDEA and other applicable state/federal education laws

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently in a virtual setting
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a virtual/remote special education role

Experience working across multiple grade levels and disability categories
