Account Relationship Manager (Pipeline Position)
Job Description
Job DescriptionParagus IT is the largest outsourced vendor in the Pioneer Valley, and we are just getting started. We have aspirations of serving 1,000 customers across the entire country, and we won’t stop until we get there. Selected as one of 25 Forbes Small Giants in 2020, we have an intense focus on culture, people, process, and continuous improvement. We are determined to be the best at everything we do, and we aren’t afraid to do the hard work required to get there.
While we don’t currently have an opening, due to our continued growth, we anticipate needing to ask an additional Account Relationship Manager to join our team in the next 3-9 months. Therefore, while we are currently accepting applications and interviewing candidates, this is a pipeline posting position, meaning that the candidate we select will be notified that they have been selected as our top choice, but will receive an official offer until we have an opening.
Our pipeline candidates are very important to us. They allow us to grow faster and more seamlessly. As such, we make sure to reach out to our pipeline candidates at least monthly to check-in, confirm they are still interested and available, share fun Paragus news, and even occasionally invite them to events.
If you have a job now but are open to change at some point in the future, this could be a great opportunity. If you need a job right away, unfortunately this is not the posting for you.
