ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Product Ambassador at 2San, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Product Team and representing your region to bring regional insights and driving relevant products through the New Product Process. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including new product development, supplier onboarding, product validation, and ensuring seamless communication within the team. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the successful execution of these tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring complete and accurate Product Information File for product launches.
- Complete Product setup and registration in internal systems and third parties
- Attention to detail and proactive approach
- Project management and ensuring that actions and deadline are met
- Supporting the product team with new product development
- Constant review and improvement of NPD processes
- Managing Pre-sales stage of NPD process
- Collaborating with Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Operations teams
- Agreeing upcoming products priority and configuration with Sales team
- Supporting the Marketing team to create artwork designs and other assets
- Attending the cadence of meetings to agree product submissions with Quality and Regulatory team and planning accordingly to meet deadlines.
- Regional reporting and updates as required
- Review regional sales data to analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and ideas.
- In-region mystery shopping and Research for competitor review.
- Preparation of correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Support for the Sourcing team on Relationship Management with Suppliers
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Technical Expertise
- A minimum of 3 years qualified experience in a Product management role, preferably within a start-up or scale up environment.
OR
- A minimum of 6 years recent experience in a similar role, preferably within a start-up or scale up environment
AND
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite
- Experience within a fast-paced and high energy environment
- An aptitude for executing business improvement initiatives.
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to switch gears at a moments notice.
