Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout the facility. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned areas
</li>
<li>
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
</li>
<li>
Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners
</li>
<li>
Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies
</li>
<li>
Perform basic floor care such as stripping, waxing, and buffing (preferred but not required)
</li>
<li>
Wipe down surfaces, windows, and high-touch areas
</li>
<li>
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
</li>
<li>
Follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures consistently
</li>
<li>
Maintain cleaning equipment and supply inventory
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
</li>
<li>
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
</li>
<li>
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
</li>
<li>
Must be able to pass a background check
</li>
