Job DescriptionSalary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour BOE
The Role
As an HVAC Service Technician at RCL Mechanical, youll work closely with our dispatch team and service manager to deliver top-notch service from the first knock on the door to the final handshake. Youll have the independence to run your calls while knowing youve got a whole team backing you up.

What Youll Do
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend the best solutions
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and replacements on a variety of HVAC equipment (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and more)
- Complete preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and prevent breakdowns
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and providing honest recommendations
- Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking service vehicle
- Promote our Total Home Care Club membership program to customers
- Earn positive Google reviews to help grow our reputation
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (including some weekends/off-hours)
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical issues
- Clean, professional communication skills with customers and team members
- A team-first mindset with the motivation to deliver 5-star work
