- Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (no draw)
- Commission: 5% of first-year premium + 5% on renewals
- No cap on commissions

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and competitive Sales Representative to join their Manchester, NH office. This is a full-time, onsite position reporting directly to the President. Ideal for a recent college graduate - particularly a former Division I athlete—this role offers hands-on training in insurance brokerage and the opportunity to build a book of business from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close new business in the medical malpractice insurance space
- Serve as broker of record for multiple carriers including Coverys, Kinsale, The Hartford, and Burns & Wilcox
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare groups
- Sell in both admitted and excess & surplus (E&S) markets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication
- Travel locally to client offices as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Division I athletic background highly preferred
- Any prior sales experience strongly valued
- Exposure to the healthcare industry is helpful but not required
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
