The Hatch Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Snow Equipment Operators to join our team. We value a strong work ethic and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain skid steer and/or loader.
- Clear snow and ice from parking lots, sidewalks, and other designated areas.
- Follow established schedules for snow removal of your one assigned location.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond to snow and ice events promptly.
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck/equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Assist with other winter maintenance tasks as needed, such as salting and sanding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating skid steer and/or loader.
- Knowledge of snow removal techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and irregular hours during snow events.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent driving record and commitment to safety.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- A positive outlook and a willingness to learn.
- Valid Driver's License
- DOT Medical Card (Required).
- Mass Hoisting License (Required).
- OSHA10+ (Preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience, from $35 - $50 / hour
