In this role, you will connect with potential customers over the phone, present our products/services, and close sales while delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities

<li>Clearly explain products and services and answer customer questions</li>
<li>Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships</li>
<li>Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics</li>
<li>Accurately document calls and customer information</li>

Requirements

<li>Strong communication and listening skills</li>
<li>Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods</li>
<li>Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated</li>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
