Job DescriptionSalary:
Essential Functions:
Organizes and conducts movement of product, work-in-process, finished goods, and materials for maximum efficiency
Straps/bands and wraps product for shipment
Operates material handling equipment, such as hand jacks and motorized fork lifts
Moves palletized material with hand or motorized fork trucks including loading/unloading trucks and moving material within the plant
Brings packaging, molded product, and hardware to staging area
Maintains accurate records of material transfers from work-in-process to finished goods
Operates scales accurately
Produces various shipping/receiving reports and performs administrative duties, including packing slips, bills of lading, and receivers as needed
Arranges orders and communicates with transportation suppliers regarding shipping and receiving of goods
Ensures communication/information flow between departments and shifts is maintained and effective
Uses the computer system to accurately and effectively track inventory transactions and coordinates shipping/receiving functions
Assists with coordinating trucking schedules for out-bound shipments
Maintains open order files and issues receivers

Pre-Requisites/Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous similar experience; HS diploma or GED; working knowledge of Mack Molding Companys manufacturing environment and material flow; ability to use computers; HS reading and math and skills or equivalent; inventory tracking / organization skills; able to work flexible work schedules/OT.
