What must be accomplished:

  • In-home sales.
  • Take measurements of existing equipment.
  • Properly Size and design new installation.
  • Site visit with subtrades (pre job walks with install manager).
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.

How will success be measured:

  • Maintain a 25%-30% conversion goal.
  • Be able to sell $1Mil in revenue in your first full year with the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in outside sales (3+ years in home sales).
  • Construction log
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Customer service skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Team player.
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills.
  • IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
  • Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Highly motivated and flexible.
