Are you passionate about plants, great with people, and energized by a fast-paced outdoor work environment? Our thriving retail and wholesale nursery in Osterville is looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals to join our Nursery Sales Team.
What You’ll Do: As a Nursery Sales Team Member, you’ll play a key role in daily operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting retail and wholesale customers throughout the nursery yard
- Receiving and organizing incoming nursery truck deliveries
- Pulling and preparing orders for wholesale clients
- Working closely with the sales department to support customer needs
- Helping landscapers move efficiently through the yard during peak hours
- Supporting the Nursery Manager with plant care, watering schedules, and organized display setups
- Maintaining clean, tidy, and well-presented nursery grounds
- Delivering excellent customer service and communicating clearly with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly motivated, reliable individuals with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive during our extremely busy spring and summer seasons
- Quick on your feet and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and manage a small team when needed
- Nursery or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
