Shift / Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (majority of the day on the phone)Job SummaryThe HR Service Center Representative serves as the primary point of contact for U.S. and Puerto Rico associates seeking HR support. This role provides guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems while ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. Representatives handle high-volume phone inquiries, document cases in the case management system, and escalate complex issues to internal HR partners while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service standards.Duties and Responsibilities• Respond to HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and reports, including benefits, PTO, and leaves of absence
• Assist associates and managers with navigation of HR systems
• Document call summaries and transactions accurately in the case management system
• Escalate complex issues to Specialists, SMEs, CoEs, and HR Business Partners as needed
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, legislative sick policies, and applicable regulations
• Perform accurate and timely HR transactions within the HCM system
• Cross-train to support evolving business needs
• Serve as the primary contact for HR Regional Offices and Distribution Center HR administrators
• Participate in special projects as assignedRequired Skills• Comfort handling high-volume inbound calls while documenting in real time
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service and follow-through capabilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply privacy requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills• Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Experience handling difficult callers or sensitive situationsEducation & ExperienceEducation:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience:
