In this exciting newly created role, we are hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

In collaboration with our Chief Revenue Officer, develop and execute a sales strategy and set revenue and profitability goals.

Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Attract and retain top sales talent in a competitive environment.

Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understand their needs and align IT solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.

Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis. Present regular reports and insights to leadership and others as requested.

Optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure CRM systems and data analytics are leveraged to drive informed decision-making.

Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging technologies to keep the company's offerings relevant and ahead of the curve.

Collaborate with our Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Technology Officer to identify and develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers, and others to expand the company's reach and enhance solution offerings.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to design effective go-to-market plans for IT offerings, ensuring alignment between demand generation and sales execution.

Lead high-stakes negotiations for complex IT contracts, balancing client requirements with business goals and risk management principles.

Develop and manage the budget, effectively allocating resources to maximize return on investment.

Ensure all sales practices comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, maintaining the company's reputation for integrity and professionalism.

Must be flexible and willing to travel.

Identifying and recruiting sales talent and implementing strategies to retain and motivate the team. Setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and recognizing achievements are vital.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field preferred.

10+ years of experience in progressive IT sales roles, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role within IT consulting or professional services.

Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud, collaboration, data center, AI & data analytics, managed services, networking, security.

Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
