Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and refine financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee, mentor, and support team members to foster growth and productivity.
• Manage document control processes, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
• Supervise document scanning and compilation activities to maintain thorough and accurate records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance financial reporting.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data by maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide strategic insights and guidance to improve financial performance and decision-making.• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.
• Proven expertise in document control and management processes.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with document scanning and organization.
• Ability to compile and manage financial records with precision and efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and team development.
• Comprehensive understanding of monthly close processes and financial reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective communication abilities to interact with teams and stakeholders.
