Job DescriptionCertified Apartment Maintenance Technician – Contract-to-Hire
Location: Andover, Methuen & Manchester, MA
Join BGSF for a floating maintenance opportunity across three properties! We’re looking for an EPA-certified technician who can handle a variety of repairs and keep communities running smoothly. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with steady hours and growth potential.
Pay & Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: $26/hr
- On-call rotation every 3 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Complete work orders promptly and efficiently
- Perform make-ready unit turns and general upkeep
- Support property-wide projects and maintain safety standards
- Float between three properties in Andover, Methuen, and Manchester
Qualifications:
- EPA Type II or Universal certification required
- Previous apartment maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Reliable and able to work across multiple locations
