What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for an exclusive book of high-net-worth clients, handling all aspects of their personal insurance needs.
- Advise clients on coverage options and risk-reduction strategies tailored to their lifestyle and assets.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with carrier partners to deliver top-tier service and solutions.
- Manage renewals, policy changes, and documentation with precision and care.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Uphold the agency’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence every day.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance (agency setting preferred).
- Active MA P&C license.
- Proven ability to deliver white-glove client service with professionalism and warmth.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills—detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Applied Epic a plus.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for exceeding expectations.
