Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Chemical Manufacturing Facility - Mansfield area

Pay: $25-$30/HR (possibly more for commercial HVAC)

Shift: 1st Shift with on-call availability

Job Description:

We seek a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at our chemical manufacturing facility. This role performs general maintenance and repairs across the site, including basic plumbing, electrical work, equipment upkeep, and facility troubleshooting. Responsibilities include groundskeeping, snow removal, and ensuring site safety through proactive inspections and timely repairs. Candidates with experience in commercial HVAC systems are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of facility equipment and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Maintain clean, safe, and operational grounds, including seasonal snow removal
• Support preventive maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with operations and EHS teams to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with special projects, installations, and improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
• HVAC certification or commercial HVAC experience is a plus
