Shoe Show is seeking a Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in maintaining store operations, ensuring that the store is secure and properly managed in the absence of the manager. You will take responsibility for opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and leading the team to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies
- Assist in managing daily operations and staff
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and handle stock replenishment
- Train and assist new employees
- Handle cash management and bank deposits
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints
- Implement store merchandising and promotional displays
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Assist in staff scheduling and management
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or management preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Ability to open and close the store independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
