Job Summary: Discover Marble is hiring a skilled and professional Stone Installation Technician. In this role, you will install quartz, granite, and marble countertops at residential and commercial job sites. You must be customer-focused, hands-on, and able to deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every install.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Load, transport, and install countertops and stone slabs at client locations</li>
<li>Verify measurements and templates on-site for accuracy</li>
<li>Use hand tools and power tools to fit, secure, and finish installations</li>
<li>Seal, caulk, and polish stone surfaces as needed</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with clients and team members</li>
<li>Handle stone carefully to avoid chips, cracks, or damage</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear PPE</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in countertop or stone installation preferred</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift and maneuver heavy stone (100+ lbs) with assistance or lifting equipment</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team-first attitude</li>
<li>Willingness to work occasional overtime and travel to job sites</li>
