Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Barre, Vermont. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring smooth recruitment processes. Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates.
• Source and attract candidates with relevant experience through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment during the recruitment process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to organize, track, and manage candidate information effectively.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to foster a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of hiring initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Strong background in corporate recruiting with an understanding of organizational hiring needs.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the hiring process.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
