We are currently in search of a Sales Manager to be a part of our high energy and award-winning team. The ideal candidates will lead a team of sales associates to create an exceptional experience for customers. This role is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing, and retaining the very best sales associates for the store and driving a high level of performance among the sales team to achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:


• Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit
• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations
• Driving the business through involvement in the day-to-day operations and ensure policies/procedures are followed by staff
• Managing the negotiation process with Sales Associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
• Ensuring compliance will all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Ensure protection of customer and company data
• Managing Showroom – general oversight of all sales consultants on duty even if on a different sales team to ensure Company policies are followed and enforced
• Cooperation and coordination with other Sales Managers to ensure optimum performance in execution of duties and provide lateral support
• Determine business shortfalls and developing action plans to improve employee performance


The performance of a Sales Manager is measured by achieving:
