Job Title: Foreman
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sitework Foreman for the upcoming 2025 season. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading blueprints, interpreting civil drawings, and utilizing Trimble GPS. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a safety-first mentality.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage sitework operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Read and interpret blueprints and civil drawings to execute work plans accurately.

Utilize Trimble GPS and other surveying equipment for grading and layout.

Oversee and coordinate crews, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship.

Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise on-site to keep the project moving forward.

Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members.

Maintain accurate records of work progress, equipment usage, and crew performance.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:

Proficiency in reading blueprints and civil drawings

Experience using Trimble GPS for sitework layout and grading

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage crews and coordinate with project stakeholders

Previous experience in commercial sitework, excavation, or related fields preferred
