Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time school-based Licensed Massachusetts Psychologist position is available to support high school students in Westfield, MA, for the contract school year through June 25, 2026. This role requires an active MA Psych license and offers the opportunity to contribute positively to students educational and emotional development within a structured school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention services tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop effective support plans.
- Monitor and document student progress and maintain compliance with state and district regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to behavioral and educational planning.
- Assist with crisis intervention and offer guidance on behavior management strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Massachusetts Psychologist license required (a license screenshot must be submitted with your application).
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings, preferably with high school students.
- Strong skills in psychological evaluation, individual and group counseling.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate school schedules.
Location:This role is based in Westfield, MA, serving the high school community within the contract period.
