Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Rhode Island SLP license
- Active Rhode Island teaching certification
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Proficient in using IEP systems, preferably Aspen
Location:
Brockton, MA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech services
- Provide direct therapy to students on your caseload, fostering effective communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' overall development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and IEP implementation
