O'Rourke Clips LLC—a locally owned and operated Great Clips® salon group—is looking for a passionate and experienced Salon Manager/Hair Stylist to lead our talented team and elevate our salon to the next level.

If you’re a licensed professional with a love for great hair and great leadership, this could be your perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Bring:

NH Cosmetology or Master Barber License — Required and current.
A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for team development and customer service.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Daily Operations: Ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
Mentor and Motivate: Train and coach stylists to help them grow and succeed.
Manage Schedules: Align staffing with business needs and salon traffic.
Maintain Inventory: Keep essential products in stock and organized.
Uphold Sanitation Standards: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
