Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized opportunity is available for a professional to provide dedicated one-on-one support within an elementary school setting. This position focuses on delivering individualized assistance to students with special education needs, ensuring they receive the tailored support required for their academic and social development.

Position Type: Contract
Responsibilities include:
- Providing one-on-one support to a student with special education needs to facilitate their learning and participation in classroom activities
- Collaborating closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assisting with academic tasks, behavioral strategies, and social skills development in a supportive and structured manner
- Monitoring student progress and municating effectively with the educational team to adjust support as needed
- Promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and independence
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Experience working directly with students requiring special education support, ideally in a one-on-one capacity
- Familiarity with special education practices, individual education plans, and classroom acmodations
- Strong munication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators, parents, and support staff
- Patience, adaptability, and mitment to supporting student success through personalized assistance
- Background clearance and any required certifications consistent with state regulations
