As a personal care aide at Sacopee Valley Personal Care Agency, you will have the opportunity to provide great quality and loving care to our clients and their families. Our goal is to offer services to promote independence, safety, and wellness.
We are currently looking for a personal care aide to work in the Tamworth, NH area. We are hiring for a part-time position at this time, but willing to move to full-time.
As a home health aide your job will mainly consist of following the client's care plan and:
- Personal care, showering, grooming and toileting assistance.
- Assistance with transferring, ambulation, exercise while monitoring for safety.
- Assistance with meal preparation and encouraging hydration
- Light housekeeping.
- Medication reminders.
- Companionship and activities.
