Apprentice with 3+ years of experience - Full Time

Pespisa Company is a trusted, full-service contractor offering comprehensive plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services, from diagnostics and maintenance to complete system installations.

Position Overview:
This role is for a 3+ year plumbing apprentice with a willingness to learn HVAC. This position involves assisting licensed technicians with residential installation and service work. Tasks will include equipment setup, basic diagnostics, maintenance, and job site preparation. The apprentice is expected to follow work safety protocols and support the crew in completing the job efficiently. This is a full-time, hands-on position with consistent field work throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Support senior technicians with service calls and diagnostics.
• Clean, inspect, and help repair HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and restock service vehicles daily.
• Keep the shop and job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform tasks as directed by supervisors.

What We're Looking for:

• 3 + years apprentice experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials regularly.
• Frequent kneeling, climbing, bending, and crouching.

Compensation:
$30-$40 hourly - Full-time.
