CSA Program Director
Location: Brockton CSA
Hours: 40 per week
Salary Range:39-41/Hr

What You’ll Do:
Provide the clinical, administrative, and strategic leadership for the Brockton CSA, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, family-centered care within the Wraparound model.
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to Intensive Care Coordinators (ICCs) and FIT Team members.
- Ensure program fidelity and compliance with MCE, state, and agency policies, including oversight of all clinical documentation and data collection (CANS, WFI, TOM).
- Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and serve as the primary liaison with community partners, hospitals, and state agencies.
- Manage the program budget, including the creative utilization of flexible funds.
- Facilitate Local System of Care meetings to address service gaps and strengthen community resources.
- Oversee the 24/7 on-call system, providing backup support and ensuring effective crisis response.
What You Bring:
- Education & Licensure: Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling) and an independent Massachusetts license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Experience: 5+ years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families, including 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity.
- Certification: Massachusetts CANS certification (required).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Wraparound process, system of care philosophy, and community-based service delivery.

- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
