Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Colliers and a growing portfolio of car washes. This role is ideal for someone with real estate industry experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of both brokerage and business ownership operations.

No two days are the same. This position blends transaction support, marketing coordination, client-facing logistics, and business operations, making it an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow alongside an established advisor and entrepreneur.

Example Responsibilities

  • Prepare Opinions of Value
  • Assist with implementing a car wash marketing plan
  • Coordinate property tours, showings, and client meetings
  • Manage DocuSign workflows and transaction documentation
  • Update and maintain Wix websites
  • Create and deploy mass email campaigns
  • CRM management
  • Build, organize, and refine call lists and lead databases
  • Coordinate mailers and handwritten outreach
  • Communicate with municipal offices and town officials to obtain property and zoning information
  • Track follow-ups, deadlines, and tasks
  • Handle accounts payable, bill payment, and basic administrative finance tasks
  • Run occasional local errands and attend meetings or showings as needed
  • etc.

Job Expectations

  • In-office Monday–Friday, either 8:00–4:00 or 9:00–5:00
  • Remote work on Fridays available when no in-person appointments or showings are scheduled
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Mileage reimbursed for errands/showings at the (2025 IRS rate is $0.70/mile)

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft word and Excel

Preferred (but not required):

  • Active New Hampshire Real Estate License
  • Transaction coordination experience
